Important dates

• 8 December 2025: Abstract submission opens
• 30 April 2026: Abstract submission deadline

Abstract instructions

• The abstract should be written in English.
  
• The abstract text should not exceed 250 words.
  
• Once the abstract is submitted, it cannot be edited.
  
• Abstracts should be uploaded as PDF or Word document using the following template
  
• Name the abstract documents using the following format:
  AOIM2026_initials_last-name of first author.docx, e.g. AOIM2026_z-popovic.docx
  Add an underscore and number (_#) at the end for multiple abstract submissions
